i'm off...

Darlings - thanks for the help with the neck situation!  I called a massage therapist SUPER early and made an emergency appointment.  I've only had a massage one time before - but didn't get hooked.  THIS guy hit the spot...I want a massage every day thankyouverymuch.  I can move my neck a little more now, and the pain has decreased (though it's still there...but it's BETTER!!)   Joy!!

I wanted to write a post about my emotions...what i'm feeling, what I'm sensing...how this is all playing out.  But - in this very moment - I'm anxious to get up to Flagstaff...real life is waiting.

I'm getting married....to the one I picked...and I'm so lucky he picked me too.

See you on the other side friends.  Wish me luck!!

  3. GOOD LUCK! And see a chiropractor if needed this weekend! I once woke up unable to move my neck and ended up developing Adhesive Capsulitis (frozen shoulder) because I didn't see a chiropractor right away. I've had great results with chiropractors. Other than that, I'll be thinking of you this Sunday. :)

  14. Yay, yay, yay! I'm so excited for you!

Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better. I second what Lori says about seeing a chiropractor but I am totally biased :)

    Have a fabulous time! Congrats!

  15. Yeah, Davanie, and I should have added I recently had a chiropractor save me again. I had terrible pain in my neck and shoulder and my thumb was completely numb. Over a series of appointments, he got rid of the whole problem. I'm biased too.

  16. Oh, and it goes without saying that not all chiropractors are created equal. A bad one can do damage and a good one will only heal. My latest one is the best ever.
