I've been a fan of Kirsten Kuehn Designs for awhile now. I found her several months ago while browsing on Etsy (don't you love where Etsy searches can take you??). The exquisitely intricate beadwork, stunning vintage details, and glittering Swarovski crystals create the most breathtaking pieces.
Like I've said before, I love the idea of being able to re-use wedding items throughout life. That's why I'm really leaning towards a beaded sash myself...a beautiful way to glamorize a simple dress. Plus, I love the fact that you can tie that sash around soooo many dresses in the future (or even jeans!). To me, wedding items that can be used over a lifetime are true treasures.
The hard part is picking out which design you like the most.
Each piece is custom created using the color and width of the ribbon you want.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh I love her headbands! Check out her site as she has some pictures of girls modeling a couple of the headbands - so boho chic.
